Wind Towers – Australia terminated the anti-dumping investigation.

On 5 February 2018, the Anti-Dumping Commission terminated the investigation in accordance with subsection 269TDA(13) of the Act beacause the Australian industry had not experienced material injury or threat injury.

The applicants may request a review of this decision to terminate the investigation by lodging an application with the Anti-Dumping Review Panel in the approved form and manner within 30 days of the publication of this notice.

Before that, on 8 June 2017, the Anti-Dumping Commission initiated an investigation into the wind towers imported from Vietnam.
